At Rozlanda, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must include original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. If a return shipping label is issued, it will be included with the instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may request photos of the item and packaging to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods
  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or size, please initiate a return for the original product. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
